How to renumber a model locomotive with a Sharpie Pen

Follow me on my first attempt to renumber a model locomotive. After looking at various techniques, I thought I would try one involving a Sharpie Pen. For those of us with more than one locomotive, it is useful to renumber the examples sold by the major manufacturers - in this case Hornby - so that we can accurately have different locos. Also, if you are modelling a particular area or line, you may want to represent an actual engine which was recorded there. I have 3 M7s from Hornby, and two of them have the same number. So one is going to have its number changed. I'm not just experimenting with the removal of the numbering in this video - I also use rub-down transfers for the new numbers.
