For most of history, time travel has been considered impossible. Mostly because of physics. And also because of budget. In this video, I design, 3D print, paint, and assemble a 12-inch scale model of the DeLorean time machine from Back to the Future. Along the way, I consider the emotional implications of miniature time travel, speak about a man I once knew who may or may not have met a real time traveller, and attempt to take the project seriously. This is a slow, observational build video focused on process, detail, and unnecessary reflection.
