As a disciple of Khenpo Appey Rinpoche, we must listen, contemplate, and practice. We need students who carry out listening, thinking, and practicing. And we also need students with wisdom and students with compassion.Accordingly, I encourage all of you to engage in learning more. Learning is crucial to the genuine path of Buddhist practice, and it matters a lot. Thus, I sincerely hope that Taiwan Sakya Monastery (International Phags-pa Exo-esoteric Buddhist Academy) can serve as a sanctuary for listening, contemplation, and cultivation, or a consecrated ground for our culture of wisdom and compassion, which is the right way to go.
