Ingrebourne Hill Parkrun - Saturday 9th august 2025

This weeks parkrun tourism takes us on a journey through the Blackwall Tunnel once more for the short trip to Rainham, Essex to tackle Ingrebourne Hill Parkrun. The course consist of 3 laps (one small, two large) that is run entirely on a gravel path, and as the name suggest there is a hill involved but thankfully its not that big and you only need to do it once on the first lap. On the plus side you get a great view from the top of the hill to enjoy before you make your way back down the other side. Road shoes were perfectly fine as it's summer and dry, i imagine trail shoes may be better during the wet colder months?
