Trading Update: 18/19 September 2021 $OPAD This video is about the recently listed company Offerpad stock (OPAD). Offerpad is a real estate flipping business that has ambitions to corner a portion of the real estate market through providing all services. The stock went public recently through a SPAC merger with Supernova Partners Acquisition Company in September 2021. In the most recent week of trade OPAD stock was targeted for a short squeeze following news of it securing a new financing facility. Since listing the stock has had relatively low volume of trade, however there has been a growing short interest in the stock. In this video I debunk a bit of a misrepresentation of OPAD stock's earnings and discuss the potential for the company in the medium-long term. This is not investing advice, but I am quite interested in this stock and am considering dropping some diamond hands on this play following further research.
