Spend an Autumn week with me | Hiking | Camping North Wales

Hi everyone! Still catching up with another instalment of the video diaries from 2023. Incase you missed the other videos, I started making video diaries last year to have on my private channel, but I have enjoyed making them so much that I have decided to make them public. In this video I catch up on what's been happening before having a lovely day out shopping with my Nanna. Chris and I then take a hike up to Moel Famau in North Wales. Later in the week I attend a conference in work and share a four minutes of positivity challenge, which if you've not figured out yet is tough for me because I'm very good at moaning. By the time the next weekend arrives it's time to head to Wales again to collect our caravan, not before we can squeeze in one last adventure for the season. I finish off by discussing one of my favourite books that I've read: The Chimp Paradox and how I am trying to apply what I have learned from that into my day to day life.
