Hey Foodies, this Baked Apple Bread Pudding is the ultimate cozy dessert — soft, sweet, and full of cinnamon-spiced apple flavor! 🍎 Perfect for fall (or anytime you crave comfort food), this simple recipe transforms everyday ingredients into something special. I’ll show how to make this easy, comforting dessert that’s great for holidays, brunch, or just a cozy night in. My mom never measured the ingredients, you can measure everything with your heart! Serve it warm with whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, or even a scoop of ice cream! 👇 Recipe: 4 cups dry or day old bread – measure with Love! 3 to 4 small apples peeled, cored, sliced or diced Lemon juice (about ½ lemon) 3 tsp Apple Pie spice ** No apple pie spice? Use 2tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp nutmeg, pinch of cloves, mix together ½ cup + 2 Tbsp Brown sugar 2 ½ - 3 cups milk 2 – 3 eggs Vanilla – measure with your heart! (about 1 tsp) What I did: 1. Layer bread into an 8x8 pan, 9x9 pan or size that will fit the amount of bread using. It can be packed in. Sprinkle about 2 tsp apple pie spice over bread to coat 2. Put cut up apples into a bowl with a little lemon juice. I used about ½ a lemon to keep them from browning and to add a little flavor. Sprinkle about 1 tsp apple pie spice and about 2 Tbsp brown sugar to coat the apples. 3. Add apples to the bread mixture and combine In a large measuring cup: 4. Put in 2 ½ cups of milk (I use 3%), eggs, vanilla, 1 tsp apple pie spice. Mix 5. Pour a little over the bread and apples and mix just to coat (optional) 6. Sprinkle about ½ cup (or amount to your liking) of brown sugar over the bread mixture. DO NOT mix 7. Slowly pour rest of milk mixture over bread to coat all. At this point, you may need to add a little more milk to bring the milk almost to the top of the bread. 8. Bake in a 350° oven for about 15 – 30 minutes until it is no longer wet inside and the top is golden. ** Baking time varies depending on amount of bread and milk you used. If you take it out and it is still wet, but the top is getting brown, cover with tinfoil and put back in oven for 5 – 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. ✨ If you enjoyed this video, don’t forget to like, subscribe, and hit that notification bell so you don’t miss out on more homemade inspirations!
