Stone Protectors is a side scrolling beat-em up where you can punch, kick or use your character’s weapon against the invading Saurians. You can also use special attacks by holding and releasing one of your attack buttons. If you know how to perform them, you can also activate your signature MUSICAL attack which does massive damage to all enemies on the screen. Unlike the other walkthroughs of this game on Youtube, (at least that I am aware of) this is done on the MAX difficulty. The default difficulty is 1 Star Easiest which is what everyone tends to play on. On 5-Star difficulty, it’s an entirely different game because enemies block, hit harder, have more health and bosses can KO you in 1-2 hits literally. I have not seen any other videos on higher difficulties, not even tool-assisted. I chose Cornelius, the leader of the Stone protectors, for this game. Cornelius is one of the weaker characters in the game due to his short ranged weak punches and punches are the most important attack in the game. Cornelius’s katana is the strongest weapon the game, but it’s not reliable on 5-Star difficulty since its slow and enemies block more. I also utilize an infinite melee combo where you punch twice and kick and punch twice again and repeat. This keeps the enemy stunned in a damage loop if you don’t execute the third punch to knock them down. You can also punch twice and use your weapon, but this is slower and not as effective. More than likely, the enemy will block that attack and counter.
