This is the Joyo JF-22 Oxford Sound. It's an Orange Amp In A Box! Joyo kindly sent this one for us to check out. It's a pretty simple pedal despite it's six control knobs. You have the usual controls, Bass, Mid, High, Level, Voice and Gain. The one you should pay attention too is the Voice knob. This one is pretty powerful and can drastically change your tone with subtly control moves. The EQ is very powerful as well. You can sculpt you tone anyway you desire, but it is possible to over do it. The EQ section is active and can add and subtract frequencies in a very powerful way. So, go with slow EQ moves. The amp I am using today is my 2017 Vox AC15c1 loaded with the stock Celestion Greenback. Using my trusty Shure SM57 in the off-axis position.
