The series of Video is suitable for PIPFA Students, PPSC, FPSC, NTS Exams etc. Questions about Pension: Types of Pension? پینشن سے متعلق سوالات اور ان کے جوابات؟ Question: How many types of Pension? پینشن کتنی قسم کی ہوتی ہے؟ Pension can be classified as: ساٹھ سال کی عمر پورا ہونے پر Superannuation Pension 25 سال کی سروس پورا ہونے پر Retiring pension معذوری کی بنیاد پر پینشن Invalid Pension پوسٹ کے ختم ہونے پر Compensation Pension زخمی یا معذور ہونے پر Extra Ordinary Pension پینشنر کی وفات کی صورت میںFamily Pension Superannuation Pension : It is admissible to a Civil Servant who retires on attaining the age of superannuation (60 years). سرکاری ملازم کی 60 سال کی عمر میں ریٹائرمنٹ پیرانہ سالی کی پنشن کہلاتی ہے۔ Retiring Pension: It is admissible to a Government Servant who seeks retirement after completing 25 or more years of qualifying service. However if due to late joining of service, the age of superannuation (60 years) is reached, the condition of completion of 25 years qualifying service will not apply and the Government Servant will retire without any formal permission or orders.سرکاری ملازم کی 25 سال کی قابل قبول سروس پر ریٹائرمنٹ لینا چاہے تو وہ ریٹائرنگ پنشن کہلاتی ہے۔ Invalid Pension: It is admissible to a Civil Servant who is declared permanently in-capacitated or invalid for further service by a competent medical authority. The minimum qualifying service shall be 10 years for invalid pension. It is allowed from the date of invalidation and if, the Civil Servant is on regular long leave, the pension will be allowed from the date after expiry of such leave. (441 CSR).سرکاری ملازم جو کہ مکمل طور پر معذور ہوجائے یا طبی بنیاد پر قابل نہ رہے۔ لیکن اس کی کم از کم قابل قبول سروس 10 سال ہو ۔ انویلڈ پینشن کہلاتی ہے۔ Compensation Pension: It is admissible only to permanent Civil Servant when the discharge/ retirement is owing to the abolition of the permanent post, and he/she is not appointed to another post, (the conditions of which are deemed by authority competent to discharge him to be at least equal to those of his/her own), has the option of taking compensation pension or to accept another appointment even on lower pay if offered and continuing to count his/her previous service for pension. (426 CSR).سرکاری ملازم جس کی پوسٹ ختم ہو جائے اور اسے کوئی اور جگہ بھی نہ لگایا جایا۔ اس صورت میں پینشن کو کمپنسیشن پینشن کہتے ہیں کہلاتی ہے۔ Extra Ordinary Pension: This is sanctioned by the Ministry of Finance as an additional pension to a Government Servant who receives injury which disables him/her for further service or is killed and such injury or death is caused in due performance of, or in consequence of his official duty or position. Government has discretionary powers in granting extra-ordinary pension or gratuity in other cases (e.g. National Heroes) in terms of para 746 D of Compendium of Pension Rules. (441 CSR).سرکاری فرائض کی انجام دہی میں اگر سرکاری ملازم کی وفات یا وہ زخمی ہوجاتا ہے تو وزارت خزانہ غیر معمولی پینشن دے سکتی ہے۔ اور اسی طرح حکومت قومی مشاہیر کے لیے اپنے صوابدیدی اختیار کے ذریعے بھی غیر معمولی پینشن دیتی ہے۔ Family Pension: In the event of the death of a Civil Servant, whether before or after retirement, his family shall be entitled to receive such pension or gratuity, or both, as may be prescribed. (Section 19 Civil Servant Act 1973).سرکاری ملازم کی پہلے یا بعد میں وفات کی صورت میں اس کی فیملی پینشن یا گریجویٹی یا دونوں کی حقدار ہوتی ہے ۔
