✅ Bullhead Lake is a 7.2-mile out-and-back trail in the Many Glacier area in Glacier National Park, Montana. This is a very popular area for fishing and hiking. The best times to visit this trail are May through October. Pets aren't allowed on this trail. On this route, you'll follow the Swiftcurrent Pass trail to Bullhead Lake, the final lake in the chain of four named lakes leading up to Swifcurrent Pass. The route begins at the Many Glacier Campground area and winds through Swiftcurrent Creek Drainage Basin, offering access to four named lakes (Fishercap, Redrock, Swiftcurrent, and Bullhead). This provides a less-traveled alternative to the nearby Iceberg, Grinnell, and Cracker Lake trio. You'll see Redrock Falls.
