🎤Speaker🎤 Mrs Charlotte Squire Project Manager Devon Communities Together 💡Abstract💡 Devon Resilience Innovation Project (DRIP)is an innovative project that looks at stacking resilience measures to help communities in the pilot project areas to be more resilient to flood events. Stakeholder engagement has played a key role in enabling resilience measures such as nature based solutions (NBS), Property Flood Resilience (PFR) and Emergency Plans (EP's) to be implemented. There have been successes and lessons learned along the way that I will share in my presentation. ✨About Mrs Charlotte Squire✨ I've been a Project Manager with Devon Communities Together (DCT) for the last two and a half years. During this time I've worked on a number of projects, one of which is Devon Resilience Innovation Project (DRIP), focusing on stakeholder engagement. DRIP is project managed by Devon County Council (DCC) and is an innovative project that incorporates several partners across the county. I have no background in natural flood management, so DRIP has been a steep learning curve but one that I have really enjoyed.
