What is currently a money pit in the heart of Kalamazoo's downtown is now part of a master plan investment into a vision for the city's future. That's according to Kalamazoo city leaders who say a multimillion-dollar reinvestment into Arcadia Creek Festival Place is the way out of the disrepair that the downtown park has fallen into.
