This video presents the unique Ukrainian project “The Day After the War” — an extraordinary cultural and media initiative unlike anything previously created in Ukraine, Europe, or the world. In just 8 hours and 39 minutes, nearly 500 participants came together to write, edit, design, produce, and print an entire book in a single day. This achievement was officially recognized as a National Record of Ukraine. But this project is not only about speed or records. “The Day After the War” is a book about hope and the future. It reflects how young Ukrainians imagine themselves, their country, Europe, and the world on the day when peace finally comes. It is a powerful dialogue with the future and a shared vision of life after war. The project is closely connected to the Media Dialogue initiative, as many of its participants contributed to the creation of this book. In this video, you will see how the book was created and hear from project participants, including Kateryna Sokolova and Yevhen Tsymblenko, who shared their thoughts and texts for the publication. To ensure that Ukrainian voices are heard worldwide, the book was published as a bilingual Ukrainian–English edition. It has been presented at international venues, donated to leading libraries around the world, and added to the personal libraries of prominent political figures, including the President of Finland. This video is about unity, creativity, and the dream of peace — and about how Ukrainians imagine the day after the war. 📘 The Day After the War 📌 National Record of Ukraine 📌 Media Dialogue Project 📌 Voices of Ukraine about peace and the future
