Over the past year some 230,000 people were arrested in the U.S. by ICE and deported by the Trump administration. Trump's immigration crackdown authorizes immigration agents to arrest people off the streets and invade their homes. How is it that ICE is able to pinpoint certain neighborhoods and specific targets? Joseph Cox, the founder of 404 Media, has done extensive reporting on the federal agency and its expanding surveillance technologies.
