Hospital Infection Control: a) Compliance with hand hygiene guidelines b) Compliance with cleaning and disinfection guidelines c) Proportion of healthcare workers who are immunized d) Proportion of patients who develop hospital-acquired infections e) Proportion of patients who receive prophylactic antibiotics before surgery 4. Continuous Quality Improvement: a) Proportion of adverse events reported and analyzed b) Proportion of corrective actions taken to address adverse events c) Proportion of feedback from patients and their families used for quality improvement d) Proportion of staff who receive training on quality improvement 5.
