In this video, I’m sharing my personal experience with a synthetic wig that I ultimately had to throw away after noticing mild but concerning symptoms while wearing it. I knew this wig was synthetic when I purchased it — what I didn’t know was that my body is sensitive to synthetic hair. After wearing it, I began experiencing symptoms that made me uncomfortable enough to stop wearing it altogether.
