Mike mentioned a couple toolboxes were showing up at the shop… which apparently meant an entire semi-truck full of massive, high-end Rousseau cabinets. And somehow I became the lucky person responsible for unloading every single one. Small detail: I don’t even work for Mike anymore. 😅 What should’ve been a quick favour turned into a full-day marathon of digging out the pallet jack, learning (again) how to drive the skid steer, dodging spiders, sweating through 30°C heat, and trying not to destroy thousands of dollars of toolboxes. Meanwhile Mike is calling me, giving instructions, and reminding me to go buy diesel because of course the skid steer was almost empty. Did I drop anything? No. Did I almost drop something?
