Lows turn bitterly cold again by Thursday and Friday, with another strong cold front moving in this weekend. We'll certainly feel the colder air by Thursday afternoon, as highs only reach the upper 30s. Lows Friday morning will fall to the upper teens, which is extremely rare for the Charlotte area.
