Are the reforms and initiatives that were decided at the 2014 NATO Wales Summit being implemented as planned (RAP, NRF, VJTF, FNI)? Are these efforts sufficient to achieve the desired level of collective defence – through deterrence and reassurance? Or are they more symbolic and superficial in nature with limited impact? The coming seminars in this series will take place: 6 April: "Expectations for Warsaw" 10 May: "Nordic Security under pressure" The seminar series is organized in cooperation with the Norwegian Ministry of Defence and NATO Public Diplomacy Division.
