But the original recipe came from Hilary Meyer and it’s listed below with full ingredients listed. Serves 8 portions at 1 & 1/4 cups each: 1 & 1/2 lbs broccoli 2 tbsp oil, divided 1 & 1/2 lbs 95% lean ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp garlic powder 1 & 1/4 tsp salted, divided 4 cups low-fat milk 1/3 cup cornstarch 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp ground turmeric 4 cups frozen veggie tots or tater tots 1/2 tsp ground pepper Oil cooking spray Preheat oven 450 degrees Fahrenheit Toss broccoli with 1 tbsp oil on a baking sheet. Roast abt 15 minutes; toss once about halfway through Heat the remaining tbsp oil in skillet; add beef & onion, cook about 12 minutes. Stir in Worcestershire, garlic powder, & 1/4 tsp salt Whisk milk and cornstarch in a pan, cook & stir over medium heat-high heat until thick. Remove from heat, stir in cheese, 3/4 tsp salt & turmeric until cheese is melted. Spread beef mixture into a 3 quart / 9x13 casserole baking dish. Top with broccoli and por cheese sauce over the top evenly. Layer the tots on top, & sprinkle 1/4 tsp salt & pepper on tots. Coat tots with oil spray. Bake abt 40 minutes, let stand 10 minutes before serving. 446 calories per serving, 19 grams fat, 28 carbs, 33 grams protein, 760mg sodium, 921mg potassium, 10g total sugar, 87mg cholesterol
