Dans cette vidéo, le Dr Raspaldo procède à un jawline contouring sur cette patiente, qui souhaite redessiner sa mâchoire. Le jawline contouring consiste à injecter de l'acide hyaluronique afin de redessiner l'angle de la mâchoire et lui donner une forme plus carrée. Cela permet de projeter l'angle de la mâchoire, en recréant une forme pyramidale et angulaire de la mandibule. Une fois l'injection à l’angle de la mandibule effectuée, le Dr Raspaldo utilise une canule pour injecter ensuite le long de l'os de la mâchoire et ainsi créer une jolie jawline ou ligne mandibulaire. Les injections sont douces afin qu'elles soient confortables pour la patiente, et sont sûres car très éloignées des artères et veines du visage. On peut ainsi voir la mâchoire de notre patiente joliment redessinée. Dans la prochaine vidéo, nous injecterons le menton de cette patiente afin de poursuivre notre contouring en rendant son menton plus petit. This projects the angle of this patient's jaw, recreating a pyramidal shape of the mandible. Once the injection in the mandible is made, Dr. Raspaldo uses a cannula to then inject along the mandible to better define the jawline. The injections are slow or soft to be pleasant and comfortable for the patient. There are safe because they are faraway from the facial arteries and veins.
