Liposuction outcomes are very dependent on the skin quality. Those skin areas of the body such as the lower abdomen are actually designed to stretch genetically. This is why we see loose skin with stretch marks there. The growth of the baby and weight gain destroys stretches the skin resulting in thinner dermis and ultimately tears of the underside of the dermis (stretch marks). Once there are stretch marks, this is permanent damage that cannot be corrected with any lasers, magical creams or lotions, or no amount of diet and exercising.
