Mirroring Neurons: A "NEW ME" can change the world! | Mehran Davoudi | TEDxYouth@Tehran

We are living in the most strange country of the world. We have everything to be the best, but still we are not! Far far away, just because of one thing! We have the majority types of mines, majority types of planets and… Lack of "one thing" stops us from being the best place in the world, and it is the ability to work together: TEAM. The most important obstacle that keep us from achieving to our natural place in the world is that we don't know how to do team-working. In this talk, Mehran shared his experience in creating effective teams, creating and scaling teams which is so challenging for companies. He has introduced a mysterious concept: "Mirroring Neurons" to show you how mirroring neurons can be astonishingly more effective that language, talking and etc. Previously a software architect, well known for successful large-scale projects in the market. Currently he is playing different roles in his career. As a consultant, he is consulting large-scale companies like Mahan Air to build effective teams to deliver high quality software. Also he is the founder and CEO of "Melk Radar", a startup which is being built in a mysterious way! In the recent years, he is working with lots of startups to help them creating effective teams and high quality software.
