I previously bought a tunnel that was made from a corduroy like material. It was quieter but the ends of the wire were sharp and poked through the material within weeks. Suggestions I have for the manufacturer is instead of zippers, maybe use Velcro or some other method so that you could attach the individual pieces in different orientations. Also would be awesome if the smaller holes in the middle were also sized the same and were able to attach to the end pieces. Currently I have two tunnels and I am attaching them together with some plastic clamps, my cats seem to enjoy it when I change the orientation up. I would buy many sets if this is made.
