Checking out the Goddard Kansas neighborhood in Saint Andrews subdivision and a home I had listed to show what the homes look like. Homes in Goddard near Wichita, Kansas have been built since 2000 and are priced from $200k- $300. Lots of beautiful scenery with the ponds and trees and I love the very wide neighborhood streets. The neighborhoods feel clean and well-maintained. In the home we tour it's a bit more remodeled than the average home in Saint Andrews. In 2021 it was remodeled with all new paint inside and outside, new carpet, granite on almost all the countertops, updated bathrooms so it really feels new and fresh with the upgrades people are wanting. And this home has a great waterfront view. There are several lakes in the area.
