Jammu Kashmir Rajyasabha Election: The results of the elections for four Rajya Sabha seats in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir have been announced. National Conference candidates won three seats, while one went to the Bharatiya Janata Party. Chief Minister Omar Abdullah was unable to tolerate losing one seat. Blaming others for the loss, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah questioned where the BJP got those four additional votes. All National Conference votes remained intact and went to the party candidate.
