Today we're crossing into France... in the middle of South America. We left Brazil and continued our overland journey into French Guiana, an overseas department of France hidden deep in the Amazon jungle. Fresh off an overnight bus we crossed the border into the EU. Now we're officially in France, things are bloody expensive! Fancying a challenge we hitchhiked our way across the whole of French Guiana to Cayenne the capital city. Here we ate some crazy expensive local creole food then checked into the cheapest shared apartment in all of French Guiana where we crashed out.
