This easy lemon slice recipe has a crunchy biscuit base with a creamy tangy lemon filling that sets beautifully in the fridge. Perfect for afternoon tea, gatherings, or anytime you’re craving a sweet and zesty treat! 🍋 Inspired by a recipe from Bake Play Smile. 📋 Full Recipe (as shown in the video) Ingredients: • 200 g plain sweet biscuits (crushed) • 115 g butter, melted • 395 g sweetened condensed milk • ½ cup (125 g) lemon juice • 4 large eggs Method: Pre-heat your oven to 160C (320F). Grease and line a slice tray. Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press firmly into the base of the lined tin. Bake the base for about 10 minutes, then allow it to cool. Beat the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and eggs until creamy. Pour the lemon filling over the cooled base and bake until just set (around 15 minutes). Cool completely, then chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is best). Slice and serve.
