This piece introduces one of the most fundamental yet challenging techniques for beginners: the 'Bow Lift' (Circle Bow). I have performed this piece at an exceptionally slow tempo specifically for this tutorial. To master the art of lifting and resetting the bow without breaking your posture, you must first practice the movement in slow motion. [Key Learning Points] • The Circle Bow: Watch closely as I lift the bow and draw a circular motion in the air to reset it back to the starting point. • Visual Guide: Observe the trajectory of my arm and the relaxation of my wrist. Slowing down allows you to see the "hidden" transitions that are hard to catch at a regular speed. [Note to Students] If you find the 'Circle Bow' movement challenging or if the coordination feels tricky, please leave a comment below!
