2024 Farm Winery Application Process Webinar

This is a recording of meeting held on September 10, 2024 about the application process for farm wineries impacted by the by the frost/freeze event in late April, 2024. In September 2024, the Department issued a crop loss determination to assist grape farmers impacted by the frost/freeze event in late April. The designation will allow duly licensed farm wineries to manufacture or sell wine produced from grapes grown outside of New York State. The webinar provides information on the application process and to answer any questions farm wineries may have about sourcing grapes from out of state.
