Vehicles that are not Euro six are not permitted on- Site as the main contractor insist they have to be Euro six even though the Euro six units are not available. The market needs intervention from somebody who has the ability to ask how Sadiq Khan can enforce legislation of Euro six and penalties when it is unrealistic and unachievable to fulfil the obligations of Euro six.
