The name Do Pyaza means “double onions”, where onions are added twice during cooking to give the dish a rich texture and sweet flavor. Add ginger garlic paste and spices. Add tomatoes and cook till soft. Add mushrooms and cook well. Add onions again for the “do pyaza” flavor.
