Tutorial for creating a easy way to change HDZero VTX power and channels for the TX16S by simply using an extra trim button. No BF osd menu, no overly-fancy radio modifications, and its even faster than using ELRS Lua. Instantly change channels at the flight line once set up. This is perfect for FPV racers. For freestyle or cinematic pilots, as betaflight only allows for 10 VTX states (8 for channels R1-R8, and video on or off), you would need to reduce the amount of channels you can use if you want to have more than 1 power output mode, or set the fixed "on" power mode to your typically desired power output. Notes (Regular Updates): 5/9/24: Works on all Rx-Tx protocols with at least 2 spare aux channels and Edge TX radios V2.9.0 or later. Earlier versions not tested. Some radios may need additional setting changes, ie. turning off trim buttons. using different GVs and values. etc. 5/27/24: A note from El-Miderro: Verified function on this correctly in FAILSAFE tab (on left side under POWER & BATTERY), whichever AUX channel is used for setting " 0 " power, change dropdown to SET and input the value accordingly whether it be the high side at 2000, or low side at 1000. Test by turning radio on and see video, then power radio off. 6/28/24: Some radios, including TX16S may require the disabling the trims due to potentially messing with other channel parameters by accident when changing channels. So, I recommend ensuring your trims are centered, and then disabling them for ideal functionality of this setup.
