【うどんちゅ の むいびえん】 都営地下鉄浅草線の宝町駅から徒歩約5分。 昭和通り沿いにある歴史の約60年の歴史の街中華。 外観を綺麗にリノベーションしたようで、パッと見は喫茶店風。 でも、店内は昔ながらの町中華。 常連さんが多い模様。 チャーハンは4種類。 銀座価格かな？と思いつつ、基本のチャーハンを大盛りで注文。 出てきてニンマリw 少し深みのあるお皿にふんわりと丸く盛り付けられたチャーハン。 具だくさんで、玉子、ネギ、チャーシュー、ハム、グリーンピース入り。 付き合わせに、紅ショウガも付いています。 チャーシューが入っているのに、ハムもたっぷりと入ってるのが嬉しいですね。 パラパラ、パリパリ系。 油が多くなりすぎない感じで、丁寧に炒められています。 塩コショウ味が全体に行き渡っています。 たっぷりと入ったハムの塩味がアクセント。 チャーハンだけでも美味しいのですが、紅ショウガのサッパリとした味が見事にチャーハンとマッチ。 大当たり！ スープも丁寧で、王道の中華スープ。 餃子は、少し大きめで、ひだ多めで丁寧に包まれています。 肉と野菜が半々くらいで、パンパンに詰まっています。 皮はパリパリで、中はジューシー。 スープが美味しかったので、ラーメン類も食べてみたいですね。 定食も美味しそうだったので、色々食べてみたいですね。 店名：中華料理　菊凰 住所：東京都中央区銀座 [Udonchu no Yummy/Muy Bien!] About a 5-minute walk from Takaracho Station on the Toei Asakusa Line. A neighborhood Chinese restaurant with about 60 years of history, located along Showa-dori. The exterior seems nicely renovated, giving it a coffee shop vibe at first glance. But inside, it's an old-school neighborhood Chinese joint. Looks like it has a lot of regulars. There are four types of fried rice. I wondered if the prices were Ginza-level, but I ordered a large serving of the basic fried rice. When it arrived, I grinned. The fried rice was served in a slightly deep dish, piled up in a fluffy mound. It was loaded with ingredients, including egg, green onion, chashu pork, ham, and green peas. It also came with red pickled ginger on the side. I was happy to see that even though it had chashu pork, it also had plenty of ham. It was fluffy and crispy. It was carefully stir-fried without too much oil. The salt and pepper flavor was evenly distributed throughout. The saltiness of the generous amount of ham added a nice accent. The fried rice alone was delicious, but the refreshing taste of the red ginger went perfectly with it. It was a big hit! The soup was also carefully prepared, a classic Chinese soup. The gyoza are slightly larger, with many folds, carefully wrapped. They're packed full, about half meat and half vegetables. The skin is crispy, and the inside is juicy. Since the soup was so good, I'd like to try their ramen dishes too. The set meals also looked delicious, so I'd like to try various things.
