This workout requires 2 kettlebells, a heavier one and a lighter one. If you don't have kettlebells you can use dumbbells instead. This workout is targeted more for an intermediate level kettlebell user, but can 100% be manageable for beginners as well. 🏋🏼 The weight displayed is for demonstration purposes as a reference, but you should pick the weight that is challenging for you.
