A Maryland man suspected of shooting and killing a young woman in her car during an alleged road rage incident, then fleeing the Prince George's County crime scene, has been arrested and formally charged in her death. According to the Maryland State Police (MSP), Dominec Proctor, 28, of Glenn Dale, faces a first-degree murder charge in the May 3, 2024, shooting death of Nyah Hairston.
