In a world facing rising tensions and deepening inequalities, #GenevaPeaceWeek opened with a pragmatic yet resolute message — reminding us that even in uncertain times, the pursuit of peace and the prevention of war remain our shared responsibility and a source of collective strength. Throughout last week, we joined our sister organisations — DCAF - Geneva Centre for Security Sector Governance and the Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD) — in engaging with partners and practitioners dedicated to building a more peaceful, inclusive, and secure world. For decades, the three Geneva Centres have worked hand in hand to promote #peace through #dialogue, #education, good #governance, #humansecurity, humanitarian action, and sustainable #development.
