First a note to the trolls: the car did a no-side-mirror-check no-turn-signal lane change and stopped which meant breaking a minimum of three different CA traffic laws, and lane splitting is legal in California. If you have problems with those things then the cause of them, and likely so many other things in your life, is in your bathroom mirror.
