Thanks for watching xx Ingredients: beef preparation: 1084 gr stewing beef or any part 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp onion granules 1 tbsp meat seasoning 1 packet beef seasoning powder 1 packet hot chilli powder 1 tbsp salt to taste 500gr water stew: 1 cup oil of choice 1 tbsp full red curry (tandoori) 2 sliced medium size onions blend : 2 small onions,1 large thumb size ginger, 3 small scotch bonnet, 4 garlic cloves with the beef stock 2 tubes tomato paste 400gr 2 cans chopped tomatoes 800gr 1 onga stew seasoning 1 tbsp tandoori curry 1 or more maggi cube salt to your taste fried boiled eggs some spring onion stalk Hello friends!
