this old school Florentine slice is moreish and easy to make. recipe written below. 18 x 28cm slice tin with paper 200g chocolate melted pour over tin fridge 30 mins bowl 2 cups corn flakes 1/2 cup sultanas 1/2 cup unsalted roasted peanuts 1/2 cup red glace cherries halved 1/4 cup currents or whatever you want 1 table spoon chopped mixed peel or whatever you want mix gently pre heat oven 180 degrees C when chocolate is ready add 2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk to mixture in bowl stir gently until everything is coated pour over chocolate gently spread out bake for approx 14 mins til light golden color leave out to go cold once cold fridge for 20 mins to set chocolate cut into squares cover fridge for up to 2 weeks enjoy xo
