Call of Duty 2025 - WTF IS GOING ON? -    • Call of Duty 2025 - WTF IS GOING ON?   DESCRIPTION: If things pan out the way I think they will, this will be my last Modern Warfare II and Modern Warfare III video. I wanted to make a “RIP MWII” video since the game wasn’t going to have a Year 2 DLC like the rumors suggested, so I figured it would only be fair for MWIII, the “$70 DLC”, to release first and then I could play the game for the year and come to my conclusions. Turns out, it was well worth the wait! Modern Warfare III is one of the better Call of Duty multiplayer games in recent years, but it fell short on a lot of other fronts due to a 16 month development full of crunch. Still, Sledgehammer Games significantly outpaced not only Infinity Ward, but most COD games in terms of post-launch DLC and support for the game. It was a miracle, and it has me pressing F to pay respects to MWII and Infinity Ward.
