How Digital University will change education in India? UGC Chairman explains

Union Budget 2022 had a special announcement for the education sector in India. It was the well-thought plan of the Centre to establish a Digital University. While making this announcement, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said, “A digital University will be established to provide access to the students across the country for world-class quality universal education with a personalised learning experience at their doorsteps.” Indeed, flexibility in the Indian education system was the need of the hour and concerted efforts are been directed to push new reforms regularly.
