Patrick Adams, President of American Bedrock Media, had the privilege of sitting down with Joshua Habursky and Glynn Loope of the Premium Cigar Association. Joshua Habursky is the Deputy Executive & Head of Government Affairs of the PCA, an Adjunct Professor at the George Washington University Graduate School of Political Affairs, a contributor to countless media outlets, and is the owner of Embassy Cigar Lounge in Quantico. Glynn Loope is the Director of State Advocacy of the Premium Cigar Association.  According to the Premium Cigar Association, “The Premium Cigar Association (PCA) is the leading authority and advocate for the premium cigar and pipe retailer industry.
