Take a bowl and put the liver with milk (to cover it) and leave the bowl for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator. After 3 hours, wipe the liver well with absorbent paper and then put it on a hot griddle pan with olive oil. When it gets colored on both sides, pour the wine, salt, pepper, paprika and leave until the sauce thickens.
