Since part of the loop drive through Theodore Roosevelt National Park is damaged and no longer drivable, there's no longer a scenic loop through the south unit of the park. So, when you're driving around in Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and you reach the road closure, you have to turn around and go back the way you came. This video starts at that turning point, and takes you counter-clockwise around the park, back to the entrance. Oh, and I took a couple of detours along the way - one takes you up Buck Hill Road, the other takes you out of the park briefly on East River Road. And then, we head back to Medora, North Dakota, just outside Theodore Roosevelt National Park. I hope you enjoy the 4K drive! I made this trip in April 2021.
