This is not a time attack build, its a build to make sure you dont die and lose your character unnecessarily. If you are going for best time and don't mind risking death, change Vile Phalectery to Hungering Void. And swap Vengeful Spirit to The Cycle. For rotation: Don't just mash HOTA mindlessly. I like holding down Bash in the middle of the mob pack, and HOTA every 1.5s to 2s. This gives me the most DPS, as you want to be proccing Belligerence + Warpath passives. Goodluck!
