As you take on the week, do so with clearly set & strongly motivated intentions. Setting an intention is a commitment with self to progress, to achieve goals, to move toward your best self. Purpose driver that creates a consciousness around whom you want to be and the direction of your journey. Focus can be derived or honed in via your practice of setting intentions. These aren’t goals, as goals are outcome specific in their emphasis. You can consider intentions to help create a sense of the being in the present & the values that you desire to exist by in each living moment.
