This is being emulated and it works perfectly but with one major exception: The pre-rendered cutscenes. It's necessary to switch to software mode which drops the resolution considerably in order for them to be displayed correctly. This is done automatically by the emulator. There are some issues with the voice overs but these seem to be flaws with the game itself or rather the US version and not the emulator. I use the save points as stop/start points for recording and have done my best to make the edits there as smooth as possible. No deaths are shown and I practiced each section to get through them as quickly and efficiently as I could. Like any modern horror game, Extermination uses a significant number of text logs and like any modern horror game, almost all of the text is worthless fluff. In fact, the amount and frequency of it would be my number one criticism of the game. I will be skipping them and editing out the ones I did pick up.
