Weekly Spell card Showcase: Patchouli Knowledge.

Up next we have "Simple." Good grief this theme threw me for a loop, at first I thought it would be incredibly easy, I could apply "simple" to just about anything if I stretch the meaning enough... But then I really thought about it, fundamentally Touhou bullet patterns are supposed to be anything but simple, so I devised two FAR more strict measures to use. 1: If a characters literal danmaku is simple by nature, this gave me 3 characters: Patchouli, Junko and Keiki, plus all the games stage 1 bosses by the virtue of them being stage 1 and having to be simple. 2: If a character is a simpleton by nature, this gave me 7 characters: Rumia, Cirno, Youmu, Wriggle, Kogasa, Yoshika, and Eternity. After looking through the list and seeing that my justification to call a character "a simpleton" was pretty weak, I just decided to go with the former category. Now the question here is "Why didn't I pick Junko?" Well she was the plan, but Karma swooped in and claimed her, there's no explicit rule against both of us capping the same spells but I prefer to maintain my individuality and this was a perfect chance to simply clean up all of Patchy's spells in one sitting. I've made several notes on things to improve on and I would have done so if I had the time. For the next 2 weeks, I am massively pressed for time for reasons you'll hopefully see the fruits of soon.
